Accelerated Performance Coaching Associate Agreement Details
This Reseller Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions which govern your participation in the Accelerated Performance Coaching (APC) Associate Program. For Terms of Service click link above.
Pay-Out Schedule
Minimum payment amount is $25.00 (US). Commissions will accrue immediately, but will be paid the month following after sign-up. All payments are issued on the 10th through the 15th of the month for the previous month’s sales.
APC reserves the right to change this information, affiliate terms and payment policies at any time. If any changes are made we will notify all participating Affiliates that a change has been made and refer you to this page to review the revisions.
Referral tracking for associates is held for 6 months, if a customer clicks on your referral link and makes a purchase anytime within 6 months of the initial referral, you receive referral credit for sale.
We require a minimum of $25.00 (US) in commissions to your account before we will distribute a check or issue payment via Paypal. All commissions are accrued until this minimum commission level is achieved.
You will receive credit every time your referred customer purchases a seat in the Real Estate Game. We use *cookies to verify that if they return to Accelerated Performance Coaching, you ensured a commission from that referral for 6 months after initial referral.
In order for you to get PAID on a sale, the referral MUST click on your link or banner. The code MUST be the exact code generated for you by Accelerated Performance Coaching. That is the ONLY way we can track your commission.
Method Of Payment
Payment will be made by check or paid to your PayPal account in U.S. funds.
Enrollment in the Program
To enroll as a participant in the affiliate program, simply click the referral program link. You must not use or display the affiliate link or any hypertext links, provided to you by Accelerated Performance Coaching, in a manner that is defamatory, misleading, libelous, obscene or otherwise potentially damaging to the reputation of Accelerated Performance Coaching.
You must Not use the link in any of the following ways:
- Violate any state, federal or foreign laws or regulations.
- NO SPAM EMAIL SOLICITATION ALLOWED. Accounts will be suspended if SPAM occurs!
- Infringe on any intellectual property rights.
- Are defamatory, slanderous or trade libelous.
- Are threatening or harassing.
- Are discriminatory based on gender, race, age or promote hate.
Further understand that should you choose to take advantage of Accelerated Performance Coaching Associate Program, you are not entitled to refer yourself or your own company and receive commission on these transactions.
Cancellation Policy
Associate Account
To cancel your associate account, we require that you provide the following:
- The Person's name on the account
- The affiliate link sent to you via Accelerated Performance Coaching
- Email address on the account
- Username and Password
Furthermore you will be contacted using the email address we have on your account to verify that you indeed requested to cancel.
Sale Cancellations
In the event that your referral cancels a purchase and is issued a refund, your commission is forfeited.
