THE GAME: 4 weeks of creating a system and actions that will build a niche in your business focusing on expired listings.

THE COACHES:  Joeann Fossland, Patti Kouri or one of our certified coaches facilitate the calls, track the scores and share tips & topics of the day plus provide inspiration.

THE PLAYERS: 10-20 Motivated Agents from all over the country. You receive a roster for networking and choosing a buddy from.

THE TIME:  Every Monday - Friday for 15-20 minutes for 4 weeks.

THE PLACE:  You call an interactive telephone conference bridge line, which works just like placing a normal long distance call.

THE RULES:

• Each day you must get 10 points on a grid of 30 actions.
• You may use weekend days to stockpile points for the coming week.
• You may have 2 “free” days during the game to opt out as well as weekends.
• Each morning you update the group on your score from the following day.
• You choose a buddy to be in communication with & support.
• You may miss a call, but must email your previous day's points to your facilitator before the end of the day.
• You are out of the game if:
    - You do not get 10 points each day and have not stockpiled any (after the 2 opt out days)
