Little did I think I needed a jumpstart on my business until attending this workshop. I had a great 2006, mostly everything I had under contract was closed so I was starting to worry a little about what the winter month's were going to bring me. The jumpstart workshop give me the reminders of what I needed to do in order to have a productive 2007. It also gave me the opportunity to network with the best of the realtors from around the country. This is a must go to workshop if you want to stay focused in your business and what a great time to have it just before the Holidays kick.

Just want to tell you that after attending you workshops for the past four years, I can't say it enough that it is an experience that one can't really explain, you just have to be there to experience it. I now have a lot more systems in place and have set some concrete goals that I ordinarily would have shrugged off. I now feel more organized moving into 2006. Before I started working with Coach Patti in 2001, I was a work-aholic – always excelling in whatever I decided I was going to do.  I was working myself right into an early grave. I did not set goals, as I did not have time. I was always working too hard and too fast and running around in circles. What Patti has done for me is make me realize I needed to set goals – to know where I was going so that I could get there in less time with less effort and with more balance in my life. I have learned and am still learning after a lifetime of hard work that life can also be fun. My production has increased by leaps and bounds. I am learning to delegate and that it is “OK” if I don’t do it all myself. Patti has taught me I can make lots more money by concentrating on the money-making activities myself and delegating everything else to others.  My husband Vernon quit his safe, secure, boring job 1-1/2 years ago to come work with me as my buyer’s agent, because I could not handle all the business that I was attracting, and we have just recently hired an assistant to help us with the overflow we both are too busy to handle now.  It’s “OK” to delegate! I am very set in my ways and a hard student to teach, but Patti is very patient, and I know that she gets total satisfaction when another light bulb finally comes on in my head. She is not only interested in my numbers. She is truly interested in me and my well-being. She is not only my coach but my teacher, my counselor, my mentor and my friend. WOW, what can I say!  What a fantabulous weekend! Jump Start 2004 has changed my life and I cannot thank you enough for inviting me to be surrounded by such charismatic and prosperous individuals!  I know I am a changed person, and I owe it all to you and your team! The Sunday morning "breakthrough session" was so emotional for me because I was truly being "authentic" to myself when I was realizing what I wanted and what was stopping me from getting it as I wrote on my board.

The entire weekend was awesome!  I feel so blessed that I got to meet you and I'm confident our relationship will only prosper!  After this weekend, I feel so much closer to you and such a bond! You're a great philosopher and I thoroughly enjoyed every single minute of the weekend!  The combined energy of all the great agents combined with you and your team was incredible!  I felt as if I were attending a family reunion and like all of us had been old friends!  We signed up that day for Jump Start 2005 and we will be investors in " Closing Escrow"!  Wow...what a weekend! I want to thank you for getting me back on track.  I started "The Game" with no listings, no prospective buyers and no sales in escrow.  TODAY... I have 4 great new listings, numerous buyers, and 2 in escrow with a third going in today .... (my goal was 2 listings, 2 new buyers and 3 in escrow).

I have to say most of the above is previous clients but there are some new clients also ... the FSBO purchaser and others I've met at Open Houses.  I do feel what you say about that positive energy reaching out does work, that synergy really produces results, and it works every time.  Thank you for helping me get back on the positive side of my business. As I was playing "The Real Estate Game®" through the spring market, March 2002 was the month I recorded my first "triple double"! That is, I took 14 listings, had 12 Listings Sold, and 13 Buyer Sales!! Not only was this a first. Each number, the 14, the 12, and the 13 were all firsts!
