Little did
I think I needed a jumpstart on my business until attending
this workshop. I had a great 2006, mostly everything I had
under contract was closed so I was starting to worry a
little about what the winter month's were going to bring me.
The jumpstart workshop give me the reminders of what I
needed to do in order to have a productive 2007. It also
gave me the opportunity to network with the best of the
realtors from around the country. This is a must go to
workshop if you want to stay focused in your business
and what a great time to have it just before the Holidays
kick.

Just want to tell you that after
attending you workshops for the past four years, I can't say
it enough that it is an experience that one can't really
explain, you just have to be there to experience it. I now
have a lot more systems in place and have set some concrete
goals that I ordinarily would have shrugged off. I now feel
more organized moving into 2006. Four of my office
associates attended your workshop for the first this year
and I can already see and feel the positive energy in the
office as a result of the weekend. Thank You...

What a seminar! Thank you! It
was a great mind changing experience for me.
I left on Sunday with
a better understanding of who I am, what I want for
myself and my business, why I succeed and why I fail, and
most importantly, what I need to believe and do, to make
everything I want become a reality.
Your superb guidance along
with Lynn and Jim, created a safe and trusting environment
where the exchange of ideas, love, and support flowed
easily. I want to thank you and the extraordinary group of

Before I
started working with Coach Patti in 2001, I was a work-aholic – always
excelling in whatever I decided I was going to do. I was working myself
right into an early grave. I did not set goals, as I did not have time.
I was always working too hard and too fast and running around in
circles. What Patti has done for me is make me realize I needed to set
goals – to know where I was going so that I could get there in less time
with less effort and with more balance in my life. I have learned and am
still learning after a lifetime of hard work that life can also be fun.
My production has increased by leaps and bounds. I am learning to
delegate and that it is “OK” if I don’t do it all myself. Patti has
taught me I can make lots more money by concentrating on the
money-making activities myself and delegating everything else to
others. My husband Vernon quit his safe, secure, boring job 1-1/2 years
ago to come work with me as my buyer’s agent, because I could not handle
all the business that I was attracting, and we have just recently hired
an assistant to help us with the overflow we both are too busy to handle
now. It’s “OK” to delegate! I am very set in my ways and a hard student
to teach, but Patti is very patient, and I know that she gets total
satisfaction when another light bulb finally comes on in my head. She is
not only interested in my numbers. She is truly interested in me and my
well-being. She is not only my coach but my teacher, my counselor, my
mentor and my friend. Thank you, Patti, for all you have done for me and
my family. |

I feel this is bringing me back to doing things that I haven't
done in a while. And your right I just love a challenge and I
respond well
to that kinda thing. I have gotten action from clients and the
people that
were on the fence by just being moved to call and get them going
(now).

What has Coach Patti meant in my life? My husband asked me what my co-worker and friend was doing to be
successful that I wasn’t. He was trying to find what had made the
difference. The uncommon thread was Coach Patti.
Coach Patti has allowed me to dream. She has helped me to glimpse
what I can attain and she has walks every step of the way with me.
I am more successful every day and in every part of my life, not
just business.
The coaching I receive isn’t cookie cutter. She doesn’t have one
path to travel and you must conform to it. My road to success is
mapped out specifically for me so that each leg of the journey makes

just exploded when I starting coaching with Patti. I had so much at my
fingertips but was not using it...she showed me how to use all that I
had...and I doubled my income....having a coach has not only made my job
easier but also my private life too. The workshop....such a growing
experience personally and professionally...i would not only recommend it
to Realtors but anyone who would like to see where they are and where

On the long plan ride from LA back to
Columbus, Ohio I pondered all I had learned and experienced this
week end at Jump Start 2004 (my third). What stuns me the most are
the indepth relationships that are created with like-minded, high
quality folks. We are all working on breaking through our own
self-made limitations and learning different and better ways to be
the most authentic person and Agent we can be, which results in a
successful, balanced, loving, abundant existence.
Coach Patti, your ability amazes me
in how you can quickly draw out the core issues that hold us back
and it's fun to watch the "lightbulb" go off over our heads when "we
get it!" In 4 years, your coaching expertise has brought me so far
in life; financially, physically and spiritually, 45 is lookin'
mighty good!! Thank you Patti for all you do and for bringing this
