My feet still haven't touched the ground since I left my first annual
"kick off". I feel so focused. I can accomplish anything that I truly
intend to accomplish.
When I embarked on coaching with you in March of 2004 it was a complete
act of faith. I knew I needed to do something different. The "status
quo" was not working. Choosing you for my coach was the single best
thing I have ever done for my career in real estate sales. (In eight
years I have tried a lot of different things.) I am looking forward to
working with you over the years as I progress.
You will be happy to know that thanks to the smart shopping of our
wonderful secretary, your $50.00 bought two bicycles for two needy
children.

WOW, what can I say! What a fantabulous weekend! Jump Start 2004
has changed my life and I cannot thank you enough for inviting me to
be surrounded by such charismatic and prosperous individuals!
I know I am a changed person, and I owe it all to you and your team!
The Sunday morning "breakthrough session" was so emotional for me
because I was truly being "authentic" to myself when I was realizing
what I wanted and what was stopping me from getting it as I wrote on
my board.
The entire weekend was awesome! I feel so blessed that I got
to meet you and I'm confident our relationship will only
prosper! After this weekend, I feel so much closer to you and such
a bond! You're a great philosopher and I thoroughly enjoyed every
single minute of the weekend! The combined energy of all the great
agents combined with you and your team was incredible! I felt as if
I were attending a family reunion and like all of us had been old
friends! We signed up that day for Jump Start 2005 and we will be
investors in " Closing Escrow"! Wow...what a weekend! Thank you so
much...your much more than a "coach"...you're a friend, too!

I want to thank you for getting me back
on track. I started "The Game" with no listings, no prospective
buyers and no sales in escrow. TODAY... I have 4 great new
listings, numerous buyers, and 2 in escrow with a third going in today
.... (my goal was 2 listings, 2 new buyers and 3 in escrow).
I have to say most of the above is
previous clients but there are some new clients also ... the FSBO
purchaser and others I've met at Open Houses. I do feel what you
say about that positive energy reaching out does work, that synergy
really produces results, and it works every time. Thank you for
helping me get back on the positive side of my business. I will certainly join another game in

My 2nd Jumpstart workshop is completed or shall I say just started as I anticipate many great things for the upcoming
2003 year. I have been able to handle many issues from my personal and business past and move on, thanks to Coach Patti and the Jumpstart Workshop. I already have several closings set for January and will hit the new year with my shoes
on my feet and my brain in my head and "oh the places I'm going to go." I expanded my production by almost 4 Million as a result of 2002 Jumpstart Workshop and
I'm on the same path for 2003. I would recommend the Jumpstart workshop
to anyone who wants to become better at being themselves. -
