You've really taught me how to take
control of my business! Last year was a great year for me!
And this is the busiest January I've ever had. I have three new
listings already and they are all going to be buyers. Coaching
with you has made it possible for me to see where I can be so much more
effective. I am so happy with my progress! And I feel you have
helped me to enjoy this business in a way it should be enjoyed. I can't
thank you enough for all your help.
I also went to the workshop and it was truly a Motivating
Experience! What a breakthrough! I was able to let go of the
excuses and got things done!
I have a new Buyer referral for this month, and one of my listings went
under contract & will be closing this month!

This is long over due but I wanted to thank you for all my recent
success. Ever since I started playing The Real Estate Game®
wonderful things have happened in my business and personal life.
For the month of March I set a goal of 5 listings. That may not
sound like a lot to some people but the most listings I have ever
obtained in a month since I started in real estate 4 years ago was 4 and
I have only done that once. For the month of April I set a goal of
10 transactions and as of today April 27th I have 10 transactions!
Not only does The Real Estate Game®
keep me focused and on track it's
just a great way to start the workday. Your daily business tips
are very useful but it's the positive energy I get daily that I love the
most. Each morning when I hang up the phone after playing the game
I feel like I am ready to slay the dragon and I do! I can't wait
to see what great things I will accomplish in May with your coaching

I got stuck!! It was not
the first time I had been stuck, but I was in the middle of a career
plateau. This plateau was the longest and hardest to overcome.
I was at 5 million in production for years. Although at the time I
was a company “Top Producer”, I did not want to stay at 5 Million
any more. I knew something had to change. Coaching made the difference!
Within the first year of being coached, my production went from 7 to 14
million. I implemented systems I would not have created without
the encouragement and gentle persuasion of my objective long distance
team member. Patti, you add a perspective no broker, owner or
spouse can add to the constant decisions that need to be made to keep my
real estate business rolling. I have learned to get out of my own
way. This allows me to attract the best Buyers and Sellers.
Attracting the best Buyers and Sellers means I work with only the people
I respect as much as they respect my skills and me. Patti, you
have helped me work through some really tough decisions that have added
income and balance and stability to my life. Work is a
blast.

I just want to take a few minutes to let you know how
much these calls have helped me get back meaning to my career. I became a
wondering generality after September 10, 2001 (my heart attack) not sure
what to do, how much to do, feeling confused but still going on each day.
I have now given myself permission to set new boundaries and regain my
focus in my family and business. Several vampires were lurking in the back
ground within the next 30 days will be completely gone. I see myself being able to challenge myself to get thing
done with this extra accountability and it will only move me along to
where I want to be :) I'm glad I signed up and will continue to be in the
program in the future. Patti, you are sure one special person, I don't know how
I could ever thank you enough for being in my life.
