so much for the Real Estate Games. I don’t know how many I have
participated in over the past 2-3 years but I know the number has been
many. It has been truly a gift to hear your enthusiastic voice on the
game call. There is no way to measure the effect the Real Estate Game
has had on my life because it goes so much deeper than real estate. I do
have a word of advice for anyone considering playing the real estate
game. That would be to not consider playing the game once but to
consider playing the game three times in a row. Each game is so
different and there is so much life lesson material in each game that by
the time the first game was over I felt like I was just getting started.
I was fortunate enough to experience playing the Real Estate game three
times in a row. With each new game I could feel within myself the
positive energy and attitude multiply and grow like compound interest. I
can say without a doubt that playing the real estate game was the best
investment in my Real Estate career I could have made. Five days a week
for four weeks I get to talk to the Coach Patti and 10-20 of the best
agents in the country. It’s a no brainer for me and I look forward to
playing many more Real Estate Games in the years to come. Thanks again

I
have been selling Real Estate for the last 10 years and every time I
play the Real Estate game it gets me jazzed up to sell Real Estate!!
The last time I played the game I had zero transactions in the
pipeline. By the time the game was over I had 5 transactions rolling!!!
From 0 to 5!!! Patti stirs the cosmic dust and somehow gets me into
action. She is an awesome coach! Before I know it I am playing the game
and the money is rolling into my pocket!!! The game is a fun way to

How do you measure
success?? For each person the answer to this question is very
personal. Most people usually acquaint success with monetary
achievements. Coaching with Coach Patti has helped me acknowledge
success for me is not just measured by monetary achievements, but
also by personal growth as well.
My success is
rooted in an awareness of the power of a positive attitude and in
the ability to change my attitude to affect a positive outcome.
Whether it is zapping “psychic vampires” or looking problems in the
eye and saying, “so what, now what”, or re-writing a negative story
in my head, Patti gives me the tools to move the clouds that
sometime settle over me to reveal the sunshine above.
Prior to Patti’s
coaching I had never even considered how an attitude shift could so
profoundly change my life. I began coaching to become a successful
Realtor. I continue with coaching because even though I feel I have
many tools to succeed, I always look forward to my coaching call
because Patti is there to help me celebrate my successes and when
life sometimes throws me curve balls, she helps me throw that ball
right out of the park.

For
starters, the Game is now my business and my business is the
Game. I go for points everyday and I go for the highest
point activities first. I mean, why not. If it puts money
in my pocket when I’m playing the Game, why not when I’m
not. Next…The accountability factor is priceless. Everyone
in the sales profession needs accountability, especially
me. Combine that with being held accountable by not only
you Patti, but 15 or 20 respected professionals from across
the country and you actually start to like holding yourself
accountable and it becomes a personal habit. Hearing other
players share their fears, their failures and their concerns
along with their successes is a powerful experience. The
Buddy system: The Buddy system is the perfect way to meet
other agents from other parts of the country. It always
amazes me how different our businesses are and at the same
time how similar our businesses can be. I have made many
acquaintances playing the game and attending Patti events
over the past 2 years but I can honestly say my 3 best
friends in the whole world right now came from the Buddy
system in the game. It enabled me to get close to highly
successful, like minded, similar thinking individuals from
across the country that I never would have had the chance to
get to know. This is Patti’s ‘Law of Attraction’ in
action. I like to play the Game every other month. Each
time I play, the Game has a different dynamic and takes on a
personality of its own. Each time I play I come away with a
greater awareness of who I am and why my business is what it
is. Once aware of an issue it must change!

Many thanks for such an awesome
workshop! I came away with an easy to follow business plan for
2007 along with a clear understanding of what has been holding

Wow! I am
so amazed how the Jumpstart gets better and better every
year. I came this year already jazzed up and ready to go.
I never imagined how much more enthusiasm I could have. The
breakthrough I had regarding the detail in my business and
tracking is incredible…and my mind didn’t blow up! I am so
excited to track every detail of
my business. I blew through what’s stopping me in the
perfect spot – right between the 2 things that I have
allowed to hold me back more than anything else - how cool
is that?
Jumpstart has always
brought me to another level and here I am just having
stepped up to a whole new world that I never knew
existed. I'm so excited to be in this new place, this new
