Adding an extra
decade or two to your life is pretty pointless if you spend
them dozing in front of a TV in a nursing home. Living
longer must go hand in hand with staving off disease,
staying mentally sharp, simply having the energy to be
enthusiastic about getting up in the morning.
It helps if you
have a reason for staying younger longer and achieving
overall well being, too. Mine is to be strong, healthy, and
mentally sharp and to continue to play and have fun with my
family and friends and hobbies.
Experts agree
that the way you live your life today has a big impact on
your well being tomorrow and every single day after that.
We all know
that person who did all the wrong things and still managed
to live a healthy quality life to be a ripe old age. I
challenge you to look closer as there is something more then
genetic good luck going on there. In almost all cases there
is some redeeming lifestyle factor that was strong enough to
cancel out negative health habits. Maybe it was that they
were not overweight, walked miles everyday, ate simple diet
with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, and didn’t know
the meaning of stress, had a forgiving heart, a life filled
with laughter, or lived their life in faith rather then
fear.
The best gift
you can give yourself and your family is giving your body,
mind, and spirit the best chance to stay well and fight off
ill health. By simply removing, what research has
shown us are, the negative factors and adding some positive
ones like the right foods, exercise, social support,
spirituality, and intimacy.

Game™ has several tips and activities to choose from that
will help you make simple changes to promote a life style
of wellness and youth. The game is not so much learning the
tips, but apply the tips, all while playing a game.
By making these
small changes consistently and daily you should gradually
feel your energy levels rise and overall sense of well being
